The only thing painful about life on planet earth is that, for our soul's growth and evolution, thought & action, whether conscious or unconscious, all reflects back to us in the conditions and experiences that we come across in the world. As you leave behind these thoughts and actions you begin to unplug from the "effect" of living on a planet that still has so much chaos being resolved. You only have to free yourself out, all else will follow.
